I’m Elise Montgomery, the founder of The Elevated Mastermind. I’m so thrilled you’re here and would love to invite you to come on a beautiful adventure in the Mastermind.
My style of coaching is drastically different from most real estate coaches. I was once a top producing realtor so I can speak firsthand to the struggles and triumphs realtors have. I am also very clear that women do real estate differently from what we’re typically taught. We flounder when we create a pressure cooker of overpacked schedules, zero boundaries, and a need to people please. We flourish when we create the right environment for our business. This includes things like actively working on our confidence, simplifying everything, having systems to support us, focusing on connection not numbers, actively working to attract only ideal clients, and being incredibly kind to ourselves through the process.
This is an industry that can feel lonely at times, and I kept hearing from my private clients that they were craving a group of like-minded women to grow with. A group with high standards, a group that was ultra-supportive, a group that wanted to get into higher level conversations.
